The three-wire rope grid cleaning machine (also known as wire rope traction grid) is a coarse grid equipment utilizing three steel wires for coordinated operation. Specifically designed for water treatment scenarios with deep water and high debris volume, it features a large rake bucket capacity and strong traction force. This equipment effectively intercepts large suspended solids and bottom sediments (such as branches, household waste, and silt), making it a critical pre-treatment device for large-scale water sources including water treatment plants, rainwater pumping stations, and sewage treatment plants.

• Core Working Principle

The bucket descends and spreads: After the equipment starts, the hoisting motor releases the rope, and the bucket moves along the guide rail to the bottom of the well. The bucket-flipping motor controls the intermediate steel wire rope to pull the bucket and spread it, preparing for slag retrieval.

After the bucket reaches the bottom of the well, the reversing motor of the bucket is turned to reverse, the bucket closes and inserts into the gap of the grate, and the intercepted debris is scooped into the bucket.

Lifting and unloading: The hoisting motor retracts the rope, raising the bucket to the discharge port. Scrap is then automatically scraped into the conveyor or slag truck via a scraper or skimming device, completing one work cycle.

The entire process is automatically controlled by PLC, supporting both timed and level-difference trigger modes for unattended operation.
