    • Product Overview

    The Integrated Prefabricated Pumping Station is a modular pressurization system designed and manufactured by our company, featuring high integration for liquid lifting and transportation (primarily sewage, rainwater, or clean water). This product integrates core components including pumps, pipelines, valves, control systems, maintenance platforms, and ventilation systems into a robust factory-precast cylinder. It provides a smart, space-efficient solution with short construction periods, easy installation, and intelligent operation to meet liquid lifting demands in municipal, construction, and industrial sectors.

    • Structure and Working Principle
    1. Core structural composition

    The device is a buried cylindrical integrated unit, primarily comprising:

    • Prefabricated cylinder: The main structure is formed by a single winding process using corrosion-resistant fiberglass reinforced plastic (GRP), offering excellent structural strength and sealing performance.
    • Submersible pump system: The core power unit, comprising one or more high-efficiency submersible sewage pumps, features an automatic coupling installation for easy maintenance and lifting.
    • Pipeline and Valve System: The integrated inlet/outlet piping, check valves, gate valves, and bottom sludge removal design within the cylinder ensure smooth flow and prevent backflow.
    • Intelligent control system: The core management unit, including control cabinets, level sensors (pressure or float-type), PLC, and remote monitoring interfaces, enables automatic pump start/stop, rotational operation, and fault alarms.
    • Supporting components: internal maintenance platform, ventilation system, ladder, manhole cover and other safety and maintenance facilities.
    1. Working Principle

    The liquid to be upgraded flows into the bottom of the pump station cylinder through the inlet pipe.

    • Automatic operation: The liquid level sensor continuously monitors the liquid level inside the cylinder. When the level rises to the preset activation threshold, the control system automatically activates a working pump to pressurize the liquid and discharge it through the outlet pipeline.
    • Smart Control: During peak flow periods, if a single pump is insufficient, the system automatically activates backup pumps. When the liquid level drops to the stop level, the pumps automatically cease operation. The system typically features pump group rotation and automatic failover functionality.
    • Remote management: Enables remote monitoring, data collection, and fault diagnosis via IoT platforms, enabling unmanned operation and intelligent maintenance.

    4. Intelligent operation with safety and reliability: The fully automatic control system can precisely start and stop based on liquid level, and is equipped with multiple protection functions. The submersible pump is located underwater, offering excellent cooling conditions and low operational noise.
    5. Convenient maintenance with controllable costs: The automatic coupling installation eliminates the need for personnel to enter the cylinder during pump maintenance, enhancing safety and convenience. The initial investment and subsequent maintenance costs may offer a comprehensive advantage.
