Introduction to the characteristics of integrated sewage treatment equipment

1、 Core Structure and Design Features: Integrated, Modular, Labor saving and Land saving This is the most prominent feature of integrated equipment and the core difference from traditional civil engineering processes. From design to production, it revolves around "compact and complete sets": Unit high integration: The core units of pre-treatment, main treatment, deep treatment, and disinfection of sewage treatment are integrated into a steel/fiberglass/concrete integrated box, without the need to separately construct various civil engineering tanks (such as regulating tanks, biochemical tanks, and secondary sedimentation tanks), reducing on-site construction processes. Modular design: Some devices can be split into modules according to processing capacity/water quality requirements (such as biochemical module, sedimentation module, disinfection module), supporting direct stacking of modules during later water volume expansion without the need for overall reconstruction, adapting to scenarios with water volume fluctuations. Extremely small footprint: Due to process integration and high space utilization, the footprint is only 1/5~1/3 of traditional civil sewage treatment plants, and can even be installed in floor standing, semi buried, or fully buried types. After fully buried installation, the ground can be used for greening and parking, without occupying effective space. Strong material adaptability: The mainstream box materials are fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), carbon steel anti-corrosion, and stainless steel. FRP is acid and alkali resistant, lightweight, easy to transport and install, and suitable for small and medium water volumes; Carbon steel has a high cost performance ratio for anti-corrosion and is suitable for mild industrial water pollution; Stainless steel has the best corrosion resistance and is suitable for high material requirements such as food and medicine. It can adapt to outdoor humid and corrosive environments. Easy installation and short construction period: The equipment is prefabricated in the factory, and only the foundation (concrete leveling/embedded parts) needs to be prepared on site. After connecting the inlet and outlet pipes and power lines, it can be put into commissioning. The overall construction period is usually 1-2 weeks, which is much shorter than the construction period of traditional civil engineering stations of 3-6 months. 2、 Operation and usage characteristics: automation, easy operation, and reduced labor costs One of the design cores of integrated equipment is to adapt to non professional operation and maintenance personnel, without the need for professional sewage treatment engineers, suitable for decentralized and remote sewage treatment scenarios: Highly automated operation: Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, it can achieve automatic control of the entire process of water inlet, aeration, mixing, sludge discharge, and disinfection. It supports real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment of key indicators such as liquid level, dissolved oxygen, and pH value, without the need for manual real-time monitoring. Easy to operate, low threshold: The control system is mostly operated by touch screen, with pre-set running programs. Daily staff only need to perform simple operations such as regular inspections, dosing, and cleaning of the grille. After short-term training, they can get started. Mobility and flexibility: Small and medium-sized integrated equipment (processing capacity ≤ 50m ³/d) is lightweight, can be lifted, and suitable for temporary sewage treatment scenarios (such as construction sites, temporary camps, exhibitions). After the project is completed, it can be disassembled and transported to other sites for reuse. Complete supporting facilities, no need for additional auxiliary equipment: The equipment already integrates all auxiliary equipment such as aeration fan, lifting pump, dosing device, disinfection equipment (UV/chlorine dioxide), sludge reflux pump, etc., and there is no need to purchase and install supporting equipment separately on site, achieving a "one-stop landing". 3、 Processing performance characteristics: strong process adaptability, stable effluent, and targeted consideration The core treatment process of integrated equipment is mainly based on biological treatment method (suitable for domestic sewage and low concentration industrial organic wastewater), which can be flexibly matched according to the inlet water quality and outlet standards. The treatment effect is stable and targeted: The mainstream technology is mature and widely adaptable: the core technology mainly includes A ²/O, MBR, SBR, and AO (anaerobic aerobic), among which the AO technology has the highest cost-effectiveness and is suitable for domestic sewage in villages, towns, and residential areas. The effluent can reach Class B of the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" GB18918-2002; MBR (membrane bioreactor) technology can replace sedimentation with membrane separation, and the effluent can reach Class A or even Class IV on the surface, suitable for scenarios with high effluent standards (such as scenic spots and water source areas). Strong ability to withstand impact loads: The equipment is equipped with a built-in regulating tank, which can buffer fluctuations in the amount and quality of incoming water (such as peak values of domestic sewage in the morning, middle, and evening, and intermittent drainage from factories), avoiding sudden changes in water quality that may affect the biochemical system and ensuring stable effluent quality. Low sludge production: Biochemical systems often use efficient microbial communities, and some equipment integrates aerobic digestion units for sludge. The sludge production is only 1/3 to 1/2 of traditional processes, reducing the cost of sludge transportation and disposal and minimizing secondary pollution. Customizable transformation: For different water qualities (such as high COD in food wastewater, surfactants in washing wastewater, pathogenic bacteria in medical wastewater), hydrolysis acidification, activated carbon adsorption, advanced oxidation, disinfection enhancement and other units can be added to the basic process to achieve targeted treatment. 4、 Environment and supporting features: low noise, low energy consumption, suitable for various installation scenarios The integrated equipment is designed with full consideration of the on-site usage environment, with minimal impact on the surrounding environment and low supporting requirements, suitable for various scenarios such as urban, rural, outdoor, etc Low operating noise: The core noise sources (aeration fans, water pumps) are mostly treated with shock absorption and sound insulation. Some equipment places the fans in independent soundproof cabins, and the operating noise is ≤ 60 decibels. It can be directly installed around residential areas and office buildings without noise pollution. Low energy consumption: Due to the compact process and integrated equipment, the water pump lifting height is low, and the aeration system is adjusted as needed. The unit water treatment energy consumption is about 0.3~0.8 kWh/m ³, which is lower than traditional civil engineering processes and has lower operating costs in the later stage. Flexible installation method: Supports three installation methods: floor standing, semi buried, and fully buried. Floor standing is easy to inspect and maintain, suitable for factories and construction sites; Fully buried type is suitable for urban residential areas, scenic spots, and other scenes with high landscape requirements, with only exposed maintenance and ventilation openings. Low supporting requirements: Only 380V/220V power supply and inlet and outlet pipe interfaces need to be provided on site, without the need for separate construction of distribution rooms and operation rooms (small equipment can be equipped with simple operation cabinets), with low requirements for on-site infrastructure.
