1、 Civil life category: core solution for decentralized domestic sewage, the most mainstream application scenario
This type of scenario mainly involves domestic sewage (with low COD and BOD concentrations and stable water quality), with a water volume mostly ranging from 0.5 to 500m ³/d. It is the most widely used field for integrated equipment, with high requirements for landscape, low noise, and automation of the equipment.
Urban community/residential area
Adaptation: There is no sewage pipe network in old residential areas, supporting sewage pretreatment in new residential areas, and decentralized drainage in villa areas; Priority should be given to fully buried MBR/AO technology, which does not occupy ground space and can be used for greening/parking on the ground. MBR technology can produce water up to level A for nearby reuse (greening, flushing).
Key requirements: low noise, automated duty, and resistance to water shock (peak water usage in the morning, middle, and evening).
Rural villages and towns/urban-rural integration areas
Adaptation: There is no centralized sewage treatment pipeline network in villages and towns, rural joint/single household drainage, and relocation and resettlement points; Priority should be given to AO process carbon steel/fiberglass equipment, which has high cost-effectiveness and is resistant to outdoor environments. Some can be integrated into small-scale equipment (≤ 5m ³/d) to adapt to single/multiple households.
Key requirements: low cost, simple operation and maintenance, no need for professional personnel, low temperature resistance (insulation is required in the north).
Apartment/Office Building/Supermarket
Adaptation: Domestic sewage from office buildings, commercial complexes, and single apartments, some of which contain small amounts of catering and washing wastewater; Choose floor standing/semi buried AO process for easy inspection and maintenance, and can integrate oil separation pretreatment unit.
Key requirements: compact footprint, automated operation, and low supporting requirements.
2、 Cultural tourism and leisure category: Balancing effluent standards and landscape features, with some requiring wastewater reuse
This type of scenario is mostly located in ecologically sensitive areas (such as scenic spots and water source areas), with high requirements for effluent quality (often requiring Grade A or above), and strict requirements for the landscape concealment and reuse capacity of equipment. The water volume fluctuates greatly with passenger flow.
Scenic spots/parks/wetland parks
Adaptation: Domestic sewage from natural scenic spots and urban parks (tourists, staff), mostly located in water sources/ecological protection areas; Priority should be given to fully buried MBR technology, with effluent reaching Class A/Surface IV, which can be directly reused for landscape water replenishment and green irrigation.
Key requirements: high water discharge standards, concealed landscape, and resistance to water impact (due to a surge in tourist flow during peak season).
Homestay/Farmhouse/Resort
Adaptation: Domestic sewage from rural homestays and rural tourism clusters, some of which contain small amounts of catering wastewater; Choose small-scale AO/MBR process, distributed layout, single set processing capacity of 1-20m ³/d, multiple sets can be connected in parallel to adapt to cluster drainage.
Key requirements: miniaturization, flexible installation, easy operation and maintenance, and resistance to outdoor environments.
Hotel/Homestay Cluster
Adaptation: Domestic sewage from small and medium-sized hotels and hot spring resorts, including bathing and washing wastewater; By selecting the MBR/A ²/O process, a hydrolysis acidification unit can be integrated to enhance the treatment capacity of organic matter in detergents. The effluent can be reused for flushing and greening purposes.
Key requirements: stable effluent, reusable, and automated monitoring.
3、 Industrial production category: Suitable for low concentration industrial organic wastewater, requiring targeted pretreatment
Integrated equipment is not suitable for high concentration/complex industrial wastewater (such as heavy metals, high salt, and difficult to degrade organic compounds), and is only suitable for low concentration organic industrial wastewater, or as a pre-treatment/end of pipe deep treatment unit for industrial wastewater. The selection core is process customization and material corrosion resistance.
Small light industrial factories
Adaptation: Low concentration organic wastewater (COD ≤ 1500mg/L) from food processing plants, beverage factories, small clothing factories, and printing factories, free of heavy metals/high salts; Choose AO+hydrolysis acidification process, made of carbon steel/stainless steel material, can integrate grille/oil separation pretreatment.
Key requirements: Process customization, material resistance to acid and alkali, and resistance to slight fluctuations in water quality.
Distributed drainage in industrial parks
Adaptation: Distributed drainage for small enterprises within industrial parks, without a centralized sewage pipeline network; Choose modular integrated equipment, multiple sets of parallel arrangement, can be uniformly operated and maintained, and the effluent meets the standards for park takeover.
Key requirements: modularity, easy scalability, and unified automation control.
Factory dormitory/office area
Adaptation: Separate domestic sewage from factory dormitories and office areas from production wastewater; Choose conventional AO process fiberglass equipment with high cost-effectiveness, directly treat and discharge into the park's pipeline network/natural water bodies.
Key requirements: small footprint, simple operation and maintenance, and low cost.
