Targeted rectification measures for integrated sewage treatment equipment (classified by process type)

The mainstream processes for integrated equipment include MBR, SBR/CASS, A ²/O, and contact oxidation. The focus of rectification varies for different processes Biochemical processes (SBR, A ²/O, contact oxidation) Excessive inflow load: diversion and reduction (temporarily storing high concentration wastewater in batches), or adding activated sludge/biological agents to enhance degradation capacity; Insufficient dissolved oxygen: Increase the fan airflow, clean the blockage of the aeration disc, and ensure that the DO in the aerobic zone is 2-4 mg/L, the DO in the anoxic zone is less than 0.5 mg/L, and the DO in the anaerobic zone is less than 0.2 mg/L; Insufficient carbon source (excessive total nitrogen): Add external carbon sources such as sodium acetate and glucose to ensure BOD ₅/TN ≥ 4:1; Sludge problem: If the sludge age is too long (aging), increase the discharge of sludge; When sludge swells, defoamers are added, aeration intensity is reduced, or ferric chloride is added to inhibit filamentous bacteria. Membrane technology (MBR integrated equipment) Membrane fouling leads to SS/COD exceeding the standard: first, perform online backwashing (rinse with clean water and sodium hypochlorite), and for severe fouling, perform offline chemical cleaning (acid alkali alternation cleaning); Damaged membrane components: Check for damaged membrane fibers and seal them, and replace the membrane if necessary; Excessive sludge concentration: Control MLSS at 8000-12000mg/L and promptly discharge sludge to prevent membrane blockage. Supplementary plan for chemical phosphorus removal that does not meet the standard Increase the dosage of PAC/PFS (calculated based on the influent phosphorus concentration, generally 10-30mg/L), and optimize the dosage point (recommended at the end of the aeration tank or the front of the sedimentation tank); Replace the ineffective agent, ensure that the agent is fully dissolved, and avoid clumping that affects the reaction effect. 3、 Step 3: Long term operation and maintenance optimization (to avoid repeated exceeding standards) Establish a water inlet pre-treatment defense line Regularly clean the grille and grease trap to prevent hair, grease, and large particles from entering the biochemical system, blocking equipment or inhibiting microbial activity; High concentration industrial wastewater requires pre-treatment and conditioning (such as acid-base neutralization to pH=6-9, removing heavy metals and toxic substances) to avoid impacting the biochemical system. Standardized operation and maintenance process Daily recording of core parameters: inflow volume/concentration, dissolved oxygen pH、 Establish operational records for sludge concentration and effluent quality; Regular maintenance of equipment: Clean the aeration disc/mixing impeller weekly, inspect the fan/pump body/dosing system monthly, and perform chemical cleaning on the MBR membrane once a quarter; Develop an emergency plan: activate the overflow regulating tank when the water volume exceeds the limit during the rainy season, and add emergency microbial agents when high concentration wastewater impacts. Process upgrade (for long-term non-compliance and ineffective rectification) If the incoming water quality far exceeds the equipment design value, pre-treatment units (such as air flotation, Fenton oxidation) or advanced treatment units (such as activated carbon adsorption, ultrafiltration) can be added; Old equipment can be replaced with high-efficiency fillers (such as suspended ball fillers) and upgraded with intelligent control systems (automatically adjusting aeration and dosage).
