Process Principle
Pre treatment stage: intercepting large suspended particles through a grid, regulating the balance of water quality and quantity in the tank, removing inorganic particles such as sand particles in the sedimentation tank, and creating stable conditions for subsequent treatment.
Biological treatment stage: The core adopts biofilm method or activated sludge method, such as A/O process, which achieves nitrogen and phosphorus removal and organic matter degradation through anaerobic aerobic alternation; MBR process combined with membrane separation technology improves effluent quality and treatment efficiency.
Deep processing stage: Through disinfection (UV, sodium hypochlorite, etc.), filtration (sand filtration, activated carbon adsorption) and other processes, residual pollutants are further removed to ensure that the effluent meets the standard.
Sludge treatment: The remaining sludge is concentrated and dehydrated to form a sludge cake for external transportation, and some sludge is returned to the biological treatment unit to maintain microbial concentration.
