The integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts membrane bioreactor technology, which is a new process combining biological treatment technology and membrane separation technology, replacing the traditional secondary sedimentation tank for wastewater treatment. It can efficiently perform solid-liquid separation and obtain stable wastewater for direct use. It can also maintain a high concentration of microorganisms in the biological pool, with minimal residual sludge in the process, effectively removing ammonia nitrogen. The suspended solids and turbidity in the effluent are close to zero, and the bacteria and viruses in the effluent are greatly removed, resulting in low energy consumption and small footprint. The integrated sewage treatment equipment is suitable for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater in residential areas, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, government offices, schools, military units, factories, and other industries such as textiles, beer, papermaking, leather making, food, chemical industry, etc. The integrated sewage treatment equipment is buried underground, and maintenance requirements were taken into consideration during the design process. All facilities of the equipment are located in several boxes, which are made of A3 steel plates and connected by seamless steel pipes. The equipment is coated with chlorosulfonated polyethylene anti-corrosion coating promoted by the Ministry of Chemical Industry both inside and outside. The anti-corrosion service life can generally reach more than 10 years. Advantages of integrated sewage treatment equipment: 1. High efficiency, able to efficiently separate liquids, suspended solids, colloidal substances, microorganisms, and so on. Processed water does not require further treatment and can be discharged directly. 2. It can maintain a high concentration of biomass in the biological treatment unit, greatly increasing the volumetric load. At the same time, the high efficiency of membrane separation greatly shortens the hydraulic retention time of the treatment unit, and correspondingly reduces the footprint of the bioreactor. 3. Due to its ability to prevent the loss of various microbial communities, it is beneficial for the growth of slow growing bacteria (such as nitrifying bacteria), thereby facilitating the smooth progress of various metabolic processes in the system. 4. Extending the residence time of some macromolecules that are difficult to degrade organic compounds is beneficial for their decomposition. 5. Membrane treatment technology, like other filtration and separation technologies, is prone to fouling during long-term operation. As a filtering medium, the membrane becomes clogged and its water flow rate gradually decreases over time. Effective backwashing and chemical cleaning can slow down the decrease in membrane flux and maintain the effective service life of MBR systems. 6. Wide applicability, strong operability, and no need for manual supervision.
